Products are made to order
All products are made to order. Because each item is created after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, change of mind, personalization mistakes entered by the customer, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
This applies to both full-price and discounted orders.

Personalized items
Personalized products are created using the information provided by the customer. Please double-check names, dates, spelling, capitalization, and other personalization details before placing your order.
Before sending personalized orders into production, we review the submitted personalization details for obvious issues such as missing information, unusual formatting, or unclear text. If something looks unclear, we may contact you to confirm the details before production.
Please note that this review is intended to help reduce errors, but the customer is responsible for entering the correct personalization information. If we contact you for clarification, production may be delayed until we receive your response.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if the issue is confirmed, we will usually offer a replacement.
In limited cases, a refund may be offered if a replacement is not available or not suitable.

Lost orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us through our Contact page. We will review the tracking information and help find a solution.

Refunds
Refunds are not offered for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, change of mind, personalization mistakes entered by the customer, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
If a refund is issued in a confirmed case, it will be sent to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping address issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may not be able to replace or refund the order.
