How long does it take to make my blanket?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. In many cases, production is completed within 2–3 business days, but we recommend allowing the full production window.

Where does my blanket ship from?
Orders are currently produced and shipped from the United States.

How long does delivery take?
After production, delivery usually takes about 4–10 business days within the United States.
Most orders arrive within about 6–15 business days from the order date. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, production volume, or other factors outside our control.

Returns & Support

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, change of mind, personalization mistakes entered by the customer, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
This applies to both full-price and discounted orders.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
